Atlanta Braves-OF Albert Hall became the second player to lose an
arbitration hearing when arbitrator Glenn Wong ruled in favor of the
club. Hall had sought a $60,000 raise, but will get the $250,000
offered by the Braves-the same salary he earned last year when he
batted .247 with one home run, 15 RBI and 15 steals in 85 games.
Hall became the second major league player to lose his arbitration
case. The other also involved an Atlanta outfielder, Dion James, who
had sought $550,000 but will get $400,000.Seattle Mariners-Agreed to
terms with C Scott Bradley on a one-year contract worth $290,000, a
raise of $130,000 over last season. Bradley had asked for $330,000
