Article: Hampden child pornographer faces supervised release for life

A Hampden man convicted of possessing child pornography could be supervised by a federal probation officer for the rest of his life after he serves more than four years in prison, a federal judge in Portland has ruled.

Richard Okishoff, 46, also may never again have access to an online computer service at home or at work without permission of his probation officer. He also will be subject to unannounced searches of his computer equipment.

Treatment also is a condition of Okishoff's supervised release, according to court documents. After completing treatment successfully, his probation officer could recommend the term of supervised release be reduced to a few years.
