Article: Taxi company owner fined in assault case

ELLSWORTH - The owner of a Bar Harbor taxi company was found guilty of assault last week at the end of a trial in District Court.

Gerald "Geddy" Mitchell, 60, of Bar Harbor was ordered to pay a $300 fine after being found guilty Friday of the assault in Ellsworth District Court by Judge David Griffiths, according to court documents.
