BANGOR - Aaron Healey earned a relief win in the opener, then pitched a complete game in Game 2 Saturday as Motor City swept an American Legion Zone 1 doubleheader from Hampden by scores of 10-9 and 8-4 at Husson College.

In the opener, Nick Smith stroked a game-tying RBI triple in the seventh inning and scored on a passed ball to give Motor City the victory.

Kyle Gallant hit an RBI single and Tommy Jackson singled and scored in the seventh. Healey halted Hampden's seven-run rally in the sixth and registered four outs for the win.

Corey Harding tripled and singled while Shawn Smith doubled and singled (RBI) for Hampden.

In the nightcap, Cory Wasson's three-run double keyed a five-run third ...
