WOOSTER -- Building and sustaining the rural economy and
agricultural industry will be the subject of a public forum to be
held Friday in Fisher Auditorium on the Ohio Agricultural Research
and Development Center campus.
Mark Partridge, holder of the Ohio State University's C. William
Swank chair in rural-urban policy, Wayne County Commissioner Ann
Obrecht and Brian Gwin of the Wayne Economic Development Council will
discuss rural development in the state and county from 10-11:45 a.m.
in a presentation titled "Building a Sustainable Rural Ohio:
Leveraging Growth Through Community Cooperation."
Obrecht said the forum will discuss the county's challenges and ...
