WOOSTER -- The likelihood of another medical office building being
constructed on the grounds of Wooster Community Hospital moved
another step forward Monday.
Members of the facilities committee listened to three
presentations from design-build teams at their meeting and ultimately
decided to recommend the team of the Ruhlin Co. and Hasenstab
Architects. The two other design-build teams making presentations
were the Albert M. Higley Co. with CBLH Design and IKM with Mascaro
Construction.
Chief Financial Officer Scott Boyes has been directed by the
committee to begin talks to see if a contract can be reached with
Ruhlin-Hasenstab. If negotiations are successful, ...
