Sugarcreek Twp. commission to vote Aug. 27; chairman presents proposal

SUGARCREEK TWP., Greene County - The Sugarcreek Twp. Zoning Commission decided after a heated two-hour public hearing Aug. 13 not to vote on the fate of a proposed controversial zoning change until a special meeting Tuesday.

The special meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Sugarcreek Twp. Hall, 26 E. Franklin St., Bellbrook.

The change would make a 10-acre minimum lot size on agriculturally zoned land in the southern part of the township that now has a 5- acre minimum lot size.
