CINCINNATI - Victories don't come much more costly than what the first game of a doubleheader Tuesday cost the Cincinnati Reds. They gained a game on the St. Louis Cardinals with a 5-4 victory, but they lost outfielder and Rookie of the Year candidate Austin Kearns, maybe the rest of the season.
