EATON - Teenage girls will be pampered Saturday during a Prom
Dress Swap, sponsored by the Red Cross Preble County Service Center.
The swap will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Church
of God, 601 E. Lexington Road.
Participants will be able to choose from prom formals and
bridesmaid dresses, ranging in price from $10 to $50, that have
mostly been donated by students and adults.
Tracie Frist, admissions and marketing employee at Heartland of
Eaton Nursing Home, brought the idea from Pennsylvania where she saw
a Prom Dress Swap used successfully for a local charity. Frist is
coordinating the project, with the Preble County Red Cross and
Heartland of Eaton collecting the ...
