Young performers will be sought

A startup community stage troupe known as Future Star Theater has announced plans to make its debut in Dayton this summer with the musical The Little Princess.

Auditions will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at 201 Riverside Drive, an office building just northeast of downtown.

Artistic director Dawn Wilson, a resident of Wilmington who grew up in West Carrollton, said performers of all ages are needed for the production, which will open Aug. 7.
