MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County - Managers of the Dayton Mall unveiled new rules Tuesday they said will curb disruptive teen behavior at Montgomery County's largest mall.

Michael Minns, general manager of the Dayton Mall, and Clare Calabrese, vice president of marketing for Glimcher Properties LP, owner of the Dayton Mall, announced a new program called "MB-16," which stands for "Must Be 16 Years of Age."

Beginning Sept. 5, Dayton Mall shoppers younger than 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on Fridays and Saturdays between 4 p.m. and closing time. Parents and guardians must be at least 21, and parents and guardians of any age with more than ...
