DAYTON - In a 24-hour day, actual time spent on the job has been increasing. But if you take into account the hours spent thinking about your job, being defined by your roles in life and the public vs. the private persona that must be kept up, work becomes a much bigger portion of the pie-chart.

Gender, obsession and time are a few of the issues about work tackled by "WORKart," the new exhibition at the Dayton Visual Arts Center.
