Article: COMMENTARY; FAME WALK TO INDUCT SIX MORE

The Dayton Walk of Fame organization today is announcing that six local legends who have made an important impact in our city's history will be honored at special ceremonies Sept. 23.

The newest members to be inducted include Jean Woodhull, a naturalist being recognized for her work in conservation and community service; Clark Haines, a musician and educator; Barrett K. Green, an inventor; George Cooper, long-time city of Dayton official and U.S. Naval pioneer, and brothers John and William Sherman, the founders of the Standard Register Company.
