Susie Galvez, an author who has successfully shed more than 100
pounds, says keeping it simple is the key to success.
`People forget what food is and what it is not,' she says. `Food
is fuel for living. It's meant to be savored. It's not meant to be
obsessed over, endlessly discussed and counted like the coins in
Scrooge's basement. It's true that there's no `free lunch' in weight
