Article: Get troops out of Iraq

I have a suggestion for President George W. Bush that would solve many of the problems he is facing in his second term. In his inaugural speech, he should announce that we will start removing our troops from Iraq in May, and that all of them will be gone by September.

Next, he should visit the leaders of all major countries and discuss with them the best way for the world to solve this problem. He should promise that the United States will contribute money, but the administration of that money should be done by others.
