Article: Summer camps teach kids life skills Unified Health Solutions runs 13 educational and recreational programs

When kids can watch a movie by a filmmaker who documented what it was like living with a mother who was addicted to crack cocaine, and then can answer questions afterward about her experience, saying "no" to drugs takes on a whole new meaning.

Recently, filmmaker Serena Burks was a guest speaker at summer day camps conducted by Unified Health Solutions, a nonprofit organization, which hosts 13 educational and recreational summer camps for 500 kids throughout Montgomery County.

Burks, a Wright State University film graduate from Cleveland, showed the movie and asked the kids for feedback.
