Change isn't scary, it's the retail world's
response to customers -- to keeping them
curious and always coming back, said Michael
Minns, Dayton Mall manager.
"Change keeps this place really fresh," Minns said, pointing out
that in just five years, more than 30 merchants have come and gone
from the mall near Interstate 75 and Interstate 675 in Miami Twp.
Scanning its modern, shiny, twinkling and bustling interior, Minns
said it's easy to forget that the Dayton Mall has been around for
three decades.
But change is definitely in the air for the 1970s-era mall.
Not only are new carpeting and big comfy furniture on tap for next
