Best-selling author to speak at UD

DAYTON -- The University of Dayton's 2006-07 Diversity Lecture Series will kick off with a free talk by Azar Nafisi, an internationally best-selling author, at 8 p.m. today in the Kennedy Union Ballroom on campus, 300 College Park Ave.

Nafisi, author of Reading Lolita in Tehran: A Memoir in Books, will speak, followed by a book signing and reception. The book, which has spent more than 117 weeks on The New York Times best-seller list, has been translated in 32 languages and has won diverse literary awards.
