MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County -- By the time the $30 million
Dayton Mall Village is complete in early 2007, 25 retail stores and
restaurants will have come on board. "Things are really progressing
nicely," said Dave Casper, Dayton Mall director of marketing. The
project began July 20, 2005, and on Thursday will enter the final
turn to completion. "We're looking for everything to be done by the
end of this year, but early next year, we'll still have some more
folks come in," Casper added.
So far, the mall has signed leases for the new open-air Dayton
Mall Village for:
