Zach entertained dreams of one day playing in the major leagues. But just in case that didn't materialize, he had a back-up plan: running a pro franchise.

When he'd go with his parents to see his beloved Cleveland Indians play, he'd point to the doors of their front office and say, "I'm going to work there some day."
