Donaghys Industries Ltd, one of Australasia's largest
manufacturers and suppliers of industrial textiles, rope, cordage,
and agricultural products, has selected Microsoft Business Solutions-
Axapta to upgrade its computer systems.
The deal, signed with Adaptable Solutions Limited, is for 60 user
licences and will represent the largest Microsoft Axapta
implementation in New Zealand to date.
Donaghys sourced its new hardware independently. The entire new
system will cost about $1 million, said Andrew Horsbrugh, general
manager of operations.
The company is improving its strategic business processes,
including financial management, manufacturing, and customer
relationship management.
