Kiwi gamers will be able to move a step closer to the next generation when retailers start taking preorders for the Xbox 360 on Thursday.

Xbox made the announcement last Friday, also saying that gamers who preorder will also be able to buy the VIP Premiere Pack, which includes discounted accessories and launch title Perfect Dark Zero, for $169.95.
