Mainzeal Property and Construction has built some impressive
structures over the last 40-odd years.
It has not disappointed this year either.
Mainzeal's entries in the Registered Master Builders House of the
Year, the library based at Riccarton High School and the Speight's
Ale House at Tower Junction, are both impressive.
The Speight's Ale House, entered in the Retail and Business
Project category, is arguably one of the most popular buildings
Mainzeal has ever constructed as far as the locals are concerned.
With an extremely short building programme, just four months from
foundation to fitout, Mainzeal showed once again why it is the
preferred construction company with so many clients.
