The exotic title of this recipe may sound fancy but it's not hard
to do
Mince Pies with a Quenelle of Cinnamon and Brandy Mascarpone and
Caramel sauce
Cinnamon and Brandy Mascarpone Take: One tub of mascarpone (250g)
One to two tsps of icing sugar Couple of tsps of brandy (to taste)
Two pinches of cinnamon
Whisk the ingredients then spoon on top of each mince pie. If
