NEW Year Resolutions aren't just about keeping fit, losing weight
or quitting smoking - lots of people use them as a spur to finding a
new job.
It's a time when people start to re-evaluate their lives and
reflect on what they're doing. Why should they spend the rest of the
year doing something they hate?
According to a survey by Pitman Training, a massive 92 per cent of
people would rather find a new boss for the New Year than a new
