THE exotic delights of central Birmingham are gaining national
recognition following the launch of Balti Breaks, a new scheme to
attract tourists to city.
The excursions through Birmingham's famous Balti Triangle have so
far seen hundreds of curry loving day trippers flock to the area
after they were launched last year.
Although the origins of the balti remain a hotly debate topic,
nobody disputes that they have become one of Birmingham's best
exports in recent decades.
