THE "Shameless" family of 12 are set for a confrontation with
bailiffs after ignoring an eviction order and refusing to leave their
double council house in Birmingham.
Mum-of-ten Alviria Benjamin and her family have defied a county
court judgement to move out of their Great Barr home.
Walsall County Court ordered them to leave within 28 days after
being told they allegedly created an illegal drinking den at the
property in West Road, Hamstead.
Issuing the order, Recorder Mary Wilson said:
"There is a total disregard for authority from this family."
She added: "It is totally unrealistic for me to think that any of
their behaviour will change in the forseeable future.
