Article: DeStefano names Fenandez campaign manager

As the Democratic candidates begin the sprint to the convention, Mayor John DeStefano's Jr. Monday named his former economic development director as his gubernatorial campaign manager. Henry Fernandez, who has been working as a progressive policy consultant since he left the city in 2005, said the focus of the campaign so far has been on fund-raising and lining up delegates for the May 20 party vote.

Shonu Gandhi, who was the campaign manager, will continue as campaign director, the equivalent of a deputy campaign manager.
