The New Zealand Institute of Management is planning to establish a
major annual promotion to focus attention on the need for managerial
excellence and the development of management careers in New Zealand.
Management Week will be held the week commencing 25 September with
a series of events and activities that highlight the critical
importance of best practice management in the economy, says NZIM
National chief executive David Chapman.
"Practically every critical economic performance indicator, both
international and local, suggests we need to lift our game in New
