Q: Do you think there is a market for granulated peanut butter?

A: First let me say that this may be the greatest question I've
ever received. My hope is that it came from a reader who is, at this
very moment, scooping tiny grains of crystallized peanut butter into
jars - a latter-day George Washington Carver preparing to pursue the
American dream by selling a great new product to grateful eaters of
creamed legume.
This could be as big as when they started putting peanut butter
and jelly in the same jar.
A matter of this import cannot be answered by my personal opinion.
I needed an expert. But who?
