A 31-year-old Pulaski man with a history of sexual misdemeanors
was sentenced Tuesday to three years in jail and three years of
intensive supervised probation for indecent exposure.
Anthony Allen Marshall pleaded guilty in March to the charge after
exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl in a Pulaski video store.
The maximum penalty for a single count of misdemeanor indecent
exposure is 12 months in jail. But taking advantage of a 1994 law
that allows prosecutors to seek felony charges for indecent exposure
with three or more previous convictions, Commonwealth's Attorney Mike
Fleenor asked Circuit Court Judge Colin Gibb to give Marshall the
