In some ways, the fight over the proposed TV Marti is reminiscent of the fight to get Radio Marti on the air five years ago.

The project calls for floating a balloon 10,000 feet above the Florida Keys so that TV Marti can broadcast everything from federally sanctioned news to Disney cartoons into downtown Havana.
