Article: WE ALL LOVE JERRY SEINFELD, BUT THIS SHOW ISN'T WORTH $88.50

By the time I paid a convenience and handling fee from tickets.com, my ticket to see Jerry Seinfeld cost $88.50.

That's fine with me. The newspaper footed the bill. But I'm baffled that other people were willing to pay such an exorbitant price.

I know you love Seinfeld. We all do. But $88.50! For that much money, Jerry should have told jokes naked while leading a pair of Siberian tigers through a ring of fire.

No circus tricks were performed in the Roanoke Civic Center auditorium during Friday's sold-out performance, but the audience seemed more than pleased with Seinfeld's slick 95-minute routine.
