After two years of dominating Arabian horse racing, a 4-year-old
colt named Fred's Revenge has turned out to be a perfect hoax or a
victim of his own dazzling success.
After winning all eight of his starts by a total of 71 1/2
lengths, Fred's Revenge had his certificate of registration as a
purebred Arabian temporarily suspended after a blood test left some
question about his heritage.
