Amber Hall has dreams aplenty.
What sets her apart is that this dreamer has sweat on her brow.
The Virginia Tech sophomore wants so much: to become "a total
basketball player" and a hands-on entrepreneur with those hands in
several different businesses.
"I'm just like a kid," she said, with eyes wide and smile beaming.
"I want to do this, I want to do that."
It took only a second for her to add: "It's going to be hard, but
nothing's easy. Getting a scholarship wasn't easy."
The smile never dimmed.
"Amber's a perfectionist," said Hokies coach Beth Dunkenberger.
"She's an extremely hard worker, in school and in basketball.
"She's more than willing to do whatever it takes."
