PAUL MELLOR jetted to Italy today aiming for glory to end his
glittering hockey career on a high.
The former Scottish international goalkeeper provides the last
line of defence for Grange for the last time in the European Club
Championship, B Division.
And the 32-year-old investment accountant with Edinburgh-based
Aegon Asset Management is determined to earn Scotland promotion to A
Division before hanging up his kit.
"Everybody is so disappointed that we missed out on everything
this year," admitted Mellor. "We were second in the league to Western
and lost to Kelburne in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup. We're all
