NEIGHBOURS from hell and teen tearaways are being targeted by a
new night-time team set up to fight antisocial behaviour.
City leaders have set up a hotline which will provide a round-the-
clock service to tackle complaints about vandalism, gangs of youths,
flytipping and other low-level crime.
For the first time, a team of officers will respond immediately to
night-time calls from the public about nuisance behaviour.
The team will be able to step in to try to sort out problems as
soon as they arise, and film the actions of people they later hope to
take out antisocial behaviour orders on.
