Article: Expansion of Edinburgh Park targets smaller businesses

EDINBURGH Park is hoping to address the office needs of smaller businesses after unveiling plans to extend the flagship development.

Submitting a detailed planning application - the first for a couple of years - park owner New Edinburgh Limited (NEL) said the building format would extend the site's appeal and occupier base.

Edinburgh Park, to the west of the city, is home to a number of household names including BT Scotland, HSBC bank, Miller Group and Scottish Equitable. NEL is a joint venture between Miller and the city council.
