WHEN Heather Rudden's daughter, Molly, was ready to start nursery school, she knew she would have to do something to lose weight.

At a staggering 17 stone 7oz, Heather was worried about embarrassing the youngster as she waited with the other mums at the school gates.

For Heather was the mirror image of her own mum at the same age and remembered clearly the shame she felt as a child when it came to home time.
