Flickering candles, a tree dripping with shiny glass ornaments
and ropes of popcorn, buffet tables laden with chafing dishes filled
to the brim. Just what the holiday ordered? Perhaps. But be aware:
What looks like the perfect decoration could be an invitation to
trouble when small children are around.
Particularly for grandparents and others who don't have children
at home, some simple precautions can be useful before those holiday
visits.
If you light candles, keep them out of reach.
