YOKO ONO is preparing to face John Lennon's former personal assistant in court for a second time over the sale of a collection of intimate family photographs from the Beatles legend's last few months.

Fred Seaman, 49, was sacked by Yoko Ono in 1981 after she accused him of stealing Lennon's diaries, letters, artwork, and unreleased recordings. He was forced to return the items after pleading guilty to theft in 1983, but two decades later Mr Seaman has again been accused of trying to make money from the deceased songwriter.
