Sir norman wisdom is the most famous old man in Epsom, a sleepy little Surrey town that's full of them. On this sun-dappled morning, they march, slowly, shakily, into the market square in their summer bunnets, the ones with the perforated side vents. They're men on missions, vowing to return with the Daily Mail or maybe some calf's liver. And they're all wearing ties, which for pensioners is the appropriate attire for every occasion.
