DUNCAN Fletcher, the publicity-shy head of Stirling-based Forth
Holdings, has added to his personal fortune - estimated to be worth
more than GBP 30 million - after overseeing strong growth at his
services-contracting business.
Accounts filed at Companies House show a dividend of almost GBP 1m
was paid out last year after pre-tax profits rose to GBP 3.4m from
GBP 2.6m last time. Turnover in the 12 months to the end of August
soared by more than a quarter to GBP 122.1m.
Fletcher, 64, and various members of his family collectively own
some 95 per cent of Forth Holdings, which is the parent company of
FES (formerly Forth Electrical Services), Claud Hamilton Electrical
