Article: GBP 1m dividend for Forth chief Fletcher

DUNCAN Fletcher, the publicity-shy head of Stirling-based Forth Holdings, has added to his personal fortune - estimated to be worth more than GBP 30 million - after overseeing strong growth at his services-contracting business.

Accounts filed at Companies House show a dividend of almost GBP 1m was paid out last year after pre-tax profits rose to GBP 3.4m from GBP 2.6m last time. Turnover in the 12 months to the end of August soared by more than a quarter to GBP 122.1m.
