LEINSTER have lost their inspirational skipper Brian O'Driscoll
for tonight's crucial Heineken Cup match with Edinburgh in Dublin as
they strive to beat the Scots for the first time this season.
Edinburgh are out of contention for the Heineken Cup quarter-
finals after losing home and away to Gloucester in December, but a
number of their players are staking a claim for places in Frank
Hadden's Six Nations line-up. Scott Murray has been handed the
captaincy due to Chris Paterson being in rehab all week recovering,
successfully, from a back injury. The stand-in skipper is determined
the team finish their European campaign in positive mood.
