WASHINGTON, July 19 /U.S. Newswire/ -- "Thank God Sen. Daschle has
done something right! We are grateful that he finally brought this
legislation to the floor and that the Senate has voted to protect

Burning the midnight oil, the Senate passed the Born Alive Infants
Protection Act last night by unanimous consent. President Bush
expressed his support for the legislation earlier this year when the
House passed it with a voice vote.
