WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Marking the beginning of a
new generation of Brownfields redevelopment funding, EPA will next
week (Nov. 13 - 15) host the seventh annual "Brownfields
2002?Investing in the Future" Conference at the Charlotte, N.C.,
Convention Center. The conference, the first since President Bush
signed the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields
Revitalization Act, will feature EPA Administrator Christie Whitman.
The Conference, co-hosted by the Engineer's Society of Western
Pennsylvania (ESWP) and the International City/County Management
