WASHINGTON, June 29 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Campaign For Working
Families Chairman Gary L. Bauer yesterday endorsed former
Representative Bob Schaffer in the Colorado Republican Senate
primary, praising him for his abilities as a "creative leader and a
persuasive spokesman for the family."
Citing Schaffer's leadership in Congress on issues important to
conservative voters, Bauer wrote the following in his letter of
endorsement:
"Throughout your tenure in the United States House of
