Article: 72 percent of Americans Want Health Insurance Choice; CAHI/Zogby Poll Reveals Americans Willing to Cross State Lines

ALEXANDRIA, Sept. 30 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Today, at a Capitol Hill press conference, the Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI) announced the results of its new Zogby International poll, which reveals that Americans strongly support the idea of allowing people to cross state lines to find cheaper health insurance coverage.

According to this poll:

-- 72 percent of those polled (1,001 likely voters) supported allowing someone living in one state to purchase health insurance from another state, if the insurance is state-regulated and approved. (15 percent were opposed and 13 percent were not sure.)
