CHICAGO, March 28 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Thousands of kids and
families from across the country will join celebrities, athletes,
health and fitness experts and public officials to celebrate YMCA
Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 2 and to "Put Play In Your Day"
in free, activity-focused events including a fun and lively "Twist &
Turn" group activity for preschoolers. Hosted by over 1,250 YMCAs
across the country, the 14th annual YMCA Healthy Kids Day is part of
YMCA "Activate America," a national initiative focused on developing
and implementing community-based solutions to help all Americans
improve their health and wellness.
