WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn today announced that Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne will chair the Republican Governors Public Policy Committee (RGPPC) in 2005. Founded in 2003, the RGPPC serves as a source of best practices for Republican Governors and their administrations.
